The site of the former Princess Margaret Hospital (PMH) is being transformed into a connected residential community that raises the bar on inner-city apartment living. Civil works and landscaping began in September 2024 to create 6 large apartment sites and new areas of public open space. Works are scheduled to be complete early 2026, coinciding with the first lot release.
