The Subi East Redevelopment (Subi East) will see the rejuvenation of 35ha of land incorporating the Subiaco Oval, the former Princess Margaret Hospital site, Mueller Park and the new Bob Hawke College. The project will create an exciting new inner-city village for more than 4,000 new residents, 4km from Perth CBD. The total delivery timeframe for the project is estimated to be around 20 years.

Following an extensive three-year community engagement process, the Master Plan for Subi East was approved in October 2020. In March 2022 Subi East was awarded 6 Star Green Star – Communities Rating, the highest accreditation achievable through the Green Building Council of Australia.
