An exciting revitalisation project is set to begin in Kensington which will provide a place for people to live, work and play. Located 4.5km south-east of the Perth CBD, this urban regeneration development includes 22ha of Government land which has the potential to deliver a vibrant, bustling community.

We are in the very early stages of investigating the site and surrounding area. The site is currently used by State Government agencies but that use will be transitioned over time, presenting an exciting redevelopment opportunity.

The future site will likely include a variety of different types of homes, as well as the potential for commercial developments, like offices, shops and parks.

This redevelopment project will be delivered in stages to facilitate the future decommissioning of existing State Government operations from the site. It will leverage on the amenity rich area surrounding it, including Curtin University, South Metropolitan TAFE Bentley, and Bentley Technology Park.  It is also nearby to the popular Victoria Park Strip and Perth CBD.
