Start of civil works
Civil works have commenced for six new residential lots, a grouped housing site and six light industrial lots. Works are expected to be complete by August with land available from September 2025.

Gnowangerup is located in the Great Southern area, approximately 354km south east of Perth.
The area is predominantly agriculturally based with livestock and crops being the main industry contributors. The Shire of Gnowangerup is well known for its Merino sheep and attracts large crowds at the annual Stud Field Days.Tourists are drawn to the area by the majestic Stirling Ranges, a popular climbing spot with incredible scenery.
To continue the development of a vibrant rural community, purchasers are required to build their home within 36 months from settlement.

RDAP helps Local Governments to address the high costs associated with residential, industrial and commercial land developments in regional WA. Through these partnerships we deliver the land needed to support regional growth and to build great communities.
