Perth City Link - Overview
Reconnecting the City
Perth City Link is one of the most transformative urban redevelopment projects in Western Australia, reconnecting the CBD with Northbridge for the first time in over a century. Previously divided by the railway, this 13.5-hectare precinct has been reshaped into a vibrant mixed-use destination, featuring:
- Modern residential and commercial spaces
- Shops, restaurants, and entertainment precincts
- Seamless public transport connections
By sinking the rail line and Wellington Street Bus Station, the northern expansion of the city is now a reality, unlocking new possibilities for growth, investment, and innovation.
