Yilkari Industrial Park (formerly Anzac Drive West) is located just 7km from Kalgoorlie and ideally positioned for industrial use. It’s close to other key industrial areas, including the existing Anzac Drive Industrial Estate and the future Lot 505 Industrial Area.

Strategically located on the corner of Great Eastern Highway and Anzac Drive, the industrial park offers excellent access to major transport routes.

Yilkari will cater to growing demand from transport, logistics, and mining services businesses. All lots will be fully serviced with power, water, NBN, and RAV10 heavy vehicle road access.

Over the next 20–30 years, Yilkari Industrial Park is expected to deliver more than 120 general industrial lots. 

Yilkari Industrial Park will attract around $269 million in private investment for built form construction and create up to 800 new construction jobs over the next decade.

Once fully developed, Stages 1 to 3 lots will support industrial / commercial uses and provide 876 on-going full-time jobs, with businesses operating having an annual economic output of $328 million.

Construction of Stage 1 lots commenced in April 2025 and titles are expected in mid-2026.
