Lot 505 features access to an existing rail network along its western boundary, access to RAV10 road network, is in close proximity to the future Portlink bypass, and is in immediate proximity to existing industrial development in Anzac Drive West. The Mungari Strategic Industrial Area is located approximately 26km south-west of Kalgoorlie.
