Ten lots have been made available in Wandina, seven kilometres south of Geraldton city centre through an offers invited process.
Located along Eurithmic Link in the established suburb, lots are priced from $132,000, with Seacrest Shopping Centre, Tarcoola Beach, as well as local parks Derna Park and Seacrest Park all nearby.
Two affordable lots have also been released in Karloo, five kilometres southeast of the city centre.
Priced from $52,500, the homesites are close to Geraldton's public and private hospitals, shopping centres, and beaches.
