Orion Industrial Park - Overview
Orion Industrial Park transformed 95ha of former limestone quarries into a high-quality industrial area servicing a range of industries. The development activated the north-western entry into Latitude 32 and combined with the Flinders Precinct provided additional 61 industrial opportunities in Perth's premier industrial corridor.
Strategically positioned next to the Australian Marine Complex and midway between Fremantle and the proposed Kwinana land-backed outer harbour wharf, Orion Industrial Park provides access to key markets.
The development includes generously proportioned roads, wide street parking, flow-through layouts and easy access to the surrounding road network, designed to cater for the movement of heavy vehicles (RAV-7).
