Broome Road Industrial Park - Overview

The Broome Road Industrial Park is a general industrial and transport development located within Western Australia's iconic Kimberley region. 

Located on Broome Road between the Broome town centre and Great Northern Highway, it’s just 8km from town and 16km from the port.

The 412 hectare Broome Road Industrial Park has been designed to service the growing town of Broome and the West Kimberley region. 

Primarily designed for transport, logistics, construction and equipment hire businesses, the park also features internal roads designed to accommodate triple road trains.

Zoned 'Industry' under the Shire of Broome's Town Planning Scheme, the area will also suit processing and support industries for the recently released Skuthorpe Horticulture Area.

Broome Road Industrial Park has been named Warrgamburu Birragun (pronounced Warr-gam-bu-ru Birr-a -gun) by the Yawuru traditional owners, which means 'working place in the bush'.

Lots in Stage 2 range from 8888sqm to 4.2ha, which can be amalgamated and tailored to suit individual requirements, and all are serviced with underground power, water and telecommunications services.

A Masterplanned Development

We have worked closely with the Shire of Broome, Department of Planning, Nyamba Buru Yawuru Ltd and other stakeholders to develop the Broome Road Industrial Master Plan and help guide the long-term development of the estate.
