PRINCESS MARGARET HOSPITAL PRECINCT DESIGN GUIDELINES – BOARD ADOPTION
At its meeting on 26 June 2023, the Board approved the adoption of the Princess Margaret Hospital (PMH) Precinct Design Guidelines, in accordance with clause 4.4 of the Subiaco Redevelopment Scheme 2.
The approved Design Guidelines will facilitate the delivery of the Subi East Master Plan vision and objectives and provide a framework for delivering high quality built forms, high amenity public realm, heritage conservation, and sustainable design outcomes that respond to local context and character.
The cover page of the PMH Precinct Design Guidelines has changed in acknowledgement of the new name for the Precinct, being 1909, which recognises the significance of the opening of the former children’s hospital. The remainder of the document is unchanged since Board approval.
