Notification of Precinct 20 Tonkin South - Structure Plan Amendment

In accordance with Clause 9.7 (2)(a) of the Armadale Redevelopment Scheme 2, notice is given that DevelopmentWA has granted approval to a Structure Plan Amendment for Precinct 20 – Tonkin South. The amendment facilitates the removal of the ‘Large Neighbourhood Centre’ in the north-east portion of the Structure Plan area, which is to be replaced by the ‘Medium Local Centre’ currently located within the Landfill Facility Buffer.
The Structure Plan Amendment is considered to be generally consistent with the requirements of Scheme 2, the Wungong Urban Water Master Plan and the Wungong Urban Water Design Guidelines.
