Multiple Lots, Including Rail Reserve, Midland - New Midland Train Station Development

At its meeting on Monday 22 May 2023, the Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority Board (Board) approved the development applications for the Civil and Building Works for the Midland Train Station ‘Mandjanup’ development, subject to recommended conditions and advice notes.

The Board further requested ongoing coordination between DevelopmentWA and the Public Transport Authority throughout the construction phase to ensure appropriate engagement with surrounding land/business owners.
