On 16 July 2020 the Subiaco Land Redevelopment Committee resolved to APPROVE the development application for the Partial Demolition of the Former Princess Margaret Hospital, subject to additional advice notes to ensure that the boiler house and stack are protected during demolition and are included in the heritage interpretation plan post-demolition.
