Draft Bentley Design Guidelines and Development Policies

DRAFT BENTLEY DESIGN GUIDELINES AND BENTLEY DEVELOPMENT POLICIES

We invite comment on the draft Bentley Design Guidelines (draft Design Guidelines) and Bentley Development Policies (draft Development Policies).

DevelopmentWA has prepared the draft Design Guidelines and draft Development Policies to facilitate redevelopment of the Bentley Redevelopment Area in accordance with the vision and objectives of the Bentley Redevelopment Scheme and Bentley Redevelopment Masterplan and Appendices.

The draft Design Guidelines and Development Policies provide a framework for delivering the creation of well designed buildings, attractive public spaces and environmentally sustainable developments that reflect the area’s context and character. The draft Design Guidelines are to be read in conjunction with the Residential Design Codes Volume 1 and/or 2.
