Lot 100, Subiaco (West Leederville Station Rail Reserve) – Radio Communications Tower and Associated Infrastructure

We invite comment on a development application for a METRONET Radio Communications Tower and associated infrastructure at Lot 100, Subiaco (West Leederville Station Rail Reserve) in accordance with Section 64 of the Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority Act 2011 and Clauses 5.13 and 6.7 of the Subiaco Redevelopment Scheme 2. The site is located within the Subiaco East Project Area.

The development forms part of broader works to the METRONET Rail Network and replaces existing support infrastructure and includes:

• Antenna Support Structures and foundations;
• Hardstands for maintenance of each hinged monopole; and
• Civil works.

The structures do not form part of any commercial telecommunications network.
